You have also made more fitting measures comprehensively even for beggars. In this way, your lives seem to go better than those of the less fortunate, which is not true in the long run, for the outcasts receive riches in heaven, whereas those in special positions become acquainted with the consequences of their actions arranged by the devil. You are, in an occult sense, our property under the will of the spirit world, through which we are able to make decisions for you according to your merits.

However, we are not able to act arbitrarily, for that is impossible in the spirit world except in exceptional situations. Everything must proceed according to the external system, for it sets the framework for action everywhere, also in the world. This system operates with higher knowledge that our universe-world does not always know, and thus unexpected consequences may come here, the ultimate cause of which no one can be aware of — except afterward.

The universe-world receives information about the purpose of the external system’s functioning if it intervenes in certain matters in our universe-world.
