Everywhere, everything was comprehensively wrongful, and even the Creator is wrongful; yet all others as well are wrongful by their own will. Thus, the Creator too, when he wills, commits wrong, although he usually has a plan to ultimately reduce wrongfulness. Small mishaps also happen to the Creator, but fewer than usually to humans. In this way, the Creator’s activity wholly supports humanity, for he lives in the world like any beggar, and does not care to be in positions of leadership, since such is only harmful even for our own people. When in positions of leadership, he seems to be the best possible executor, although he is only reducing wrong for everyone, even for his enemies. This is a completely opposite way of acting compared to other humans, which nevertheless brings better leadership than wholly wrongful emperorship.
